MOSS: Merchants of Smith Street is supported and managed by the South Brooklyn Local Development Corporation (SBLDC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. 

All donations are fully tax-deductible. Every dollar raised goes right back into Smith Street. All proceeds directly fund the programs, services, and amenities that support our local businesses and keep Smith Street thriving.
